Questions

Something else? Email hello@example.com

Is this data legal to use?

Yes. Façade and milestone inspection filings are public records that cities and counties publish themselves. We collect, clean and organize them. Contacting building owners about your services is standard B2B outreach.

Why not pull it myself from open data?

You can. NYC publishes its façade filings on NYC Open Data, and Florida counties publish milestone lists. Each source uses a different format, the statuses are coded, there are duplicates and no owner contacts. We do this work for you.

How fresh are the filings?

New filings appear in the dashboard within a week of the city publishing them. On Pro, saved filters email you when a new filing matches.

What if a record is wrong?

Click "Report a problem" on the record and we'll fix it. If the data isn't useful, the 30-day money-back guarantee covers you.

Will I be charged after the trial?

Only if you keep it. We email a reminder the day before your trial ends, and you can cancel in one click.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. No contracts. Cancel from your billing page and you won't be charged again.

Is my city covered?

We cover New York City, Miami-Dade, Broward and Chicago today. Boston, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, St. Louis and Cleveland are next. Tell us yours and we'll prioritize it.
